At the TMS Business Centre you can move in the same day and be up and running within minutes.

Our receptionists will meet and greet your visitors, look after your meeting room bookings and are here to help you in any way possible.

Mail handling

With our FREE mail handling service our team will sort out all your incoming mail and get it ready for you.

When you have outgoing mail just bring it to our reception and our team will frank it ready for collection at 5pm.

Telephone answering

At TMS House, we have a sophisticated telephone system and every business within the business centre is allocated a dedicated 01689 number.

Our receptionists will answer all your incoming calls in your company name and deal with the calls accordingly.

Included in your monthly rental is the use of our 5 person meeting room including Plasma TV, telecommunications & internet.

Communal Areas Cleaned

All the communal areas are cleaned throughout the building.

Telephone Lines

The TMS Business centre is fitted with an 100mgb VoIP telephone system which offers all outgoing UK calls free of charge. All outgoing calls that are chargeable will be invoiced on a monthly basis including an itemised call history list.

Telephone Handsets

Our £40,000 Avaya telecommunications system gives you the communication skills of a corporate company at a low monthly rental cost of only £15.00 per handset

Canon Digital Scanning

If you need something scanned then the Canon digital system in reception can be used. The system also offers digital printing at an additional cost.

Security

Each office has its own internal alarm code & sensor.

Car Parking

There is plenty of FREE car parking in front and around the building.

Fire Alarms

Each office has its own fire alarm sensor.

24 Hour Access

You will receive keys and fobs to enable you to access your office 24 hours a day.
